In Remembrance
|
I know that some meds can cause you to have vivid dreams or
nightmares. I think it's my LDN, which I will not stop taking, ever.. ![]() But, since my worse vivid dreams, that just stiffen my MS body up in a pretzel, are at my nap time and not my night sleep, I'm wonder- ing if it's the food. I take my nap shortly after lunch and lunch is my big meal. At night, when I take my LDN, I'll have eaten a light dinner at about 6:30 and then don't sleep till about 11/12midnight. I usually wake in the morning more rested, even though I sleep at 3/4 hr intervals. Naptime is really hard on me. I wake up , after a 2/3 hr nap, not rested at all and stiff and tired from my vivid dream, in which I take active part. ![]() ![]() ![]() Do any of you have this problem? If so what do you do to prevent it?
