Default Maybe I spoke too soon

So the other day, while I had a few lingering symptoms, I had pretty much conceded that my symptoms were in fact anxiety related. However the last couple of days I am questioning it all again. Yesterday was a bad, dizzy day. It was bearable but I couldn't wait to get home and just lie down. To day, it is the same pain I had about a month ago. T he best way I know to describe it is like I am wearing a bra 10 sizes too small. It is extreme tightness with spasms that come and go. I have no idea what it is but I do think given everything that it may be a spinal issue. The pinched nerve feeling, and now this again. I'm not saying MS but something with my spine/back? This sounds plausible right?
