Default Spasticity and Rls

Baclofen doesnt always work on stopping my spasms and jerky legs. Is there anything OTC that anyone has tried that worked for leg spasms or RLS?

No-I take two prescriptions-Ropinerole for RLS & clonazipam for spasms.

BTW I tried baclofen first-didn't help with my spasms at all. I was on zanaflex but it affected my heart rhythm & pulse. So that's why I'm. Now on clonazipam-doesn't work as well as zanaflex but I don't have any issues within either.

I started taking magnesium 500mg a couple weeks ago and also putting magnesium Epsom salts in bath & soaking for 30 minutes per day. My spasms have improved but are not gone. Today I started evening primrose oil to see if that helps more. I have read a ton about both and am hopeful this is a better solution than increasing my Baclofen. Hope you get some relief!

Default Spasms

I have been taking Zanaflex as well, which helps more than some other meds for me, but I have cyclonic jerks as well so it is difficult to control both. The Zanaflex makes me sleepy but still it's the only thing to help me at all.
