Default tender scalp?

Not real sure about this doctor's office. I have been sent for wrong tests because they called the wrong patient. Then when I got that straightened out and went to the office for my EEG, they could not figure out the machine. Yep, after watching and listening to her call various people for 40 minutes, I politely asked to reschedule. Anyhow, I have felt ok for the last couple days with the exception of this crazy, sore, tender, scalp. I woke up yesterday and felt like I had been hit over the head. Not a headache, but a sore head? It did sort of work into a slight nagging headache but mostly just hurt like I had hit my head or had a bad scalp sun burn. It was quite painful. What is that about? Any thoughts?
