Default One side bigger than the other?

I've noticed something for years now, and ever since I've done research on MS, I began to wonder more and more about it. My right side tends to be a lot more bigger and stronger than my left side. The problem however is the spot on my brain was found on my right side. I also have this condition where if one hand does one thing, the hand copies it, it's called ambidextrous. It's just something I cannot help. Has anyone ever had this happen before?
