Default Exhausted....

Hello Everyone,

I'm exhausted. From the moment I wake up until I go to sleep my body is tense. My vision has been unchanged now for almost 4 weeks and I can't figure out a name for it. Very very very mild oscillopsia that is constant with after images (which I have had a problem with since high school) but apparently nystagmus must be present for oscillopsia and non of the eye doctors can see it . There are 0 lesions on the brain so I'm confused by that that as well. I'm going to arrange to see a therapist about my problem and maybe start some anti-anxiety and depression meds. I really didn't want to do this but I don't have a ton of strength left. I feel like a freak because none of the doctors can find anything wrong and the anxiety/depression is overwhelming me. I see a retinal specialist tomorrow but I'm sure he will say everything is fine too. Bye for now everyone.

Of course you are exhausted. You've been through testing he77.
Time to have a little R&R and take care of yourself. An anti
anxiety/AD should help you to do just that.

i don't see it as giving in, but helping yourself. if the meds help it will help you handle so many others things in your life. and, it may not be forever. it may be only short term.

think about journaling. there's something about getting all your feelings on paper that can give a lot of relief.

don't give up on finding answers even tho the dr of the moment can't.
something is bound to show itself eventually.
