Kitty,
When my husband goes off on a fishing trip.....I don't even get dressed most days because I'm not going to be seeing anyone.....so what does it matter?

But after a few days, I look in the mirror and...AGH!!!
So I force myself to get dressed and put on my Garnier BB Cream, a little blush... flip my hair a bit with a curling iron and call it good.

It is amazing to me how much better it makes me feel. I make sure I keep my hair cut and colored. Fortunately I have a friend who is my hairdresser also. I dye my hair its natural color to cover any gray and then highlight it.

If I don't do things to make myself feel better I think I would just ....sink. After all, I am getting older and showing it. I'll fight it every inch of the way, but I won't let it consume me either.

I bought myself 3 exercise videos too. Now if I could just get up the energy to open them
