Nope, no neck pain at all (it's one of the few places that doesn't hurt). The only back issue I really have is a rib that sticks out near my shoulder blade, and my husband can help me pop it back in if I can't do it myself. I was having a little trouble with my right thumb, I thought it was the median nerve, but the EMG was negative, and once the B12 really kicked in I didn't have the same issues (dropping things and pain). That B12 has been a great addition! My thumb still isn't 100%, but I can use a knife and crack open an ice tray again, most of the time.
