After I got home from the grocery store, I took my blood pressure and it was 158/85 with a pulse of 83.

I had my first anxiety attack near the end of last year, but that was due to my surgeries (totally different from MS related).

I haven't really had one since then.

I also have found that bright lighting hurts my eyes as well, but I didn't think it was MS related. When my problems started, it was back in Feb. I had double vision while driving for the first time ever, and almost had a wreck due to it. That is what led me going to the doctor in the first place.

I get headaches a lot as well. Today has made 2 solid weeks that my back and legs have hurt tremendously. I've had the MS hug happen again this week around my waist.

Dizzy spells happen most of the time when I leave the house and go somewhere. I get dizzy esp when I'm riding in a vehicle.

When my GP ran bloodwork for me, similar complaint, nothing came back, so he said it could be MS, related.

I was having them, at work, and especially in the shower at home. I was lucky, one day, to not have completely fainted in the shower, but was able to go lay down for a while.

Haven't had an episode of this, in a while. I'm not shrugging off the possibility of stress or not drinking enough water, well not, not eating, but perhaps due to the time of day, not having enough food in my system.
I am not shrugging off stress, because since my promotion, and change of venue, this hasn't happened to me.

And I am also not shrugging off, MS, because this illness, is just one of those illnesses that no one seems to know. It could be, is the usual statement.

Hope you are feeling better.

I'm still hurting in my back, waist, and legs. Today makes 2 straight weeks of constant pain. The bad pain comes and goes. But the pain is always there. I'm suppose to go to my neuro on July 2nd, but I was told by an MS nurse to call him Monday to see about getting some IV Steriods to help with pain. Do you think that would be a good idea?

MS is strange,.....I haven't had any real pain like you are having, from my MS. Although last night and couple of nights before I had this intense, shooting pain on the bottom/right side of my right foot. It was a lot of pain for like 5 seconds then went away. Not sure if it was MS, but I never felt that before in my life.

Yepp....no caffiene here and I keep a close watch of my BP. We have high heart disease in my family...even my sister is on BP meds.

That major dizzy episode I had that actually made me fall I thought was my BP or having a stroke.... turns out my BP was fine that day and that I was prompted to the neuro that day.

terrible, terrible, terrible day....everything came out.

That's what happens when you ignore symptoms for two years before doing anything.

Grocery stores are notorious for being difficult places for many MS'ers. The florescent lights and the rows of products - it just overwhelms the eyes. Add a sometimes black and white checkered floor and some music and yes, "I gotta get out of this place!" Makes me weak in the knees and I can't explain what it does to my vision.
