Just alittle hit against those nasty bladder infections, I take 8400mg cranberry juice tabs with vitamin C daily (2~ 4200mg tabs at bedtime). I have been taking them for 2 years and no bladder infections! I do have the occatonal problem emptying my bladder and do what Sally does. The cranberry tabs actually help me go to the bathroom alittle easier too. Bonus!!

Just remember that men can get urinary tract infections too, although it's not nearly as common. My husband got one once and he doesn't even have MS!
