I've only had this happen maybe 2 or 3 times, one of them being tonight. I would be sitting at my computer, hurting in my back and headache, and then all of sudden I would become a little dizzy. Symptoms would be eyes not focusing clear, feel like im spinning, heart rate speeds up a little but. I'm not sure if this is caused by MS or what it is. Only thing that I took was three Tramadol - 2 at one time then another 1 2 hours later (150 mg altogether) for the pain I was having, not sure if it maybe that.

Could be the tramadol. Dizziness, and sometime nausea are
side effects. Really high doses of tramadol can cause seizures.

I wouldn't take "extra" unless your doctor told you to.
Some people are sensitive to tramadol, and have seizures more than others-- even when no other drugs are used.

If you are still taking that Zoloft?

There is a major interaction warning between these two drugs.
Your pharmacy should have caught that for you.

150mg of immediate release tramadol (the 50mg tablets) is considered a high dose. When people need higher dose tramadol, the ER form is then used, to minimize risks and side effects.

That is exactly what I felt in front of my computer a lot! I wrote it off as high BP or too much sodium or something. It wasn't till I tried to get up one day out of bed I was numb on my left side, ran into everything, had a major dizzy spell and fell straight to my knees!

That is when I finally accepted to myself, something is major wrong.

So yes...I know how that feels....scares the crap out of you!
