Confused Do I need to find a new neuro?

I have or had many symptoms of ms plus family history of ms. I had seen my second neuro about a month ago for the first time. He put me on Ritalin for fatigue and to help me concentrate. He ordered an MRI which came back clear. We talked about an lp before the MRI. He said even if the MRI shows nothing he would still do it. Well when when he told me that the MRI was clear and I brought up the lp he said even if you have a positive MRI I still will think you don't have ms. I have had blood work, mri's, and an emg done which are all normal. Should I look for another neuro?
