Thumbs up That was fast!

Approximately 2 weeks ago I mailed my request for cooling products to the MSAA. The box arrived today! They have several package-deal options, and I chose the Polar Kool Max that comes with a neck scarf of the same design. Like this: http://www.polarproducts.com/polarsh...idCategory=232.

All I needed was a letter from my neuro confirming my diagnosis, and to fill out the form found on this page: http://mymsaa.org/msaa-help/cooling/.

I did this many years ago and chose the Steele vest and accessories. The gel-filled scarves and vests (my vest was the frozen variety) don't last forever. I can still use the old scarves but not all the crystals swell anymore.

I highly recommend the MSAA Cooling Equipment Program!

Mine is ages old from them. How long do you have to wait before you can get another vest?
