Default Why am I feeling so fantastic?????

Okay, now I'm really wondering well the H*LL is going on.

I've been off betaseron now since late March.
Started taking Tecfidera June 12th. Felt fine on it until I hit the beginning of the 3rd week and had to stop taking it on day 25 of the drug due to an adverse reaction.....(head pressure/headache/dizzy)....that was just getting worse each day.

Now....after I stopped the drug, it took 2 days to feel the head and dizzy thing go away (whew).
But oddly since then I have felt fantastic! Lots of energy (which I noticed on the Tecfedera) the heat doesn't seem to bother me (rode my bike today) and just plain ole feeling like the energizer bunny.

Don't know why I am feeling so good. Haven't felt this way in eons! Well I guess I'll enjoy it while it lasts. But I'd like to believe its the Tecfidera since the energy level benefit is what I was reading other MSers were experiencing with the drug. (was following 900 people taking Tecfidera on facebook).

Was really scared to not be taking anything for awhile...off the Tecfidera and am suppose to start taking Avonex but haven't heard from them yet. So, I am drug free and feeling pretty darn good!
Fluke???? hmmmm......beam me up, Scotty

Hi Karilann

Could it be the fact that the Beta is finally out of your system that is making you feel so good? I know that after feeling like I had been run over by a truck every second day for eight years, a few months after stopping and going on Tysabri I felt incredibly good (comparatively).

I don't believe it was the Ty - too early for that to have been the cause of my improvement, but the Beta out of my system was I think a major change for better.

That's great Karilann. Lyn is probably right on. If it were me
feeling that good, think I'd wait, in taking another DMD.
Enjoy it while it lasts.

I also agree with Lynn here. Could be that the other meds were bring you down, with or without it being obvious.

Good Heavens, Girl! Don't question it! Enjoy it! Anything you want to do while feeling so good?
