I bought a Chilly Towel. Paid $10 for it on nomorerack.com. Doesn't look like much, but it works! It's like a chamois material that stays wet a long time. Just wet it and wring out, snap it in the air, and it gets nicely cool. It doesn't have to be re-wet with every use, just snap it.

Judy, when I come inside from working in the yard, or from walk and am hot and maybe even sweaty, I wipe my arms and face and neck. I don't care if it gets dirty because it is washable, either hand or even in the machine! No dryer, though.
