Default Behind eyes feels hot- anyone else had this?

last year, for two months, behind my eyes would feel hot, not burning or painful, but like a fever was coming on without the presence of a fever. After that it stopped.

But, just today I got this sensation again. No idea if allergy related? Eyes do NOT appear red or irritated, or watery in any way.

Anyone else have this?

And thanks everyone for putting up with all my Qs.

Having follow up with neuro tomorrow so I've been thinking over all old symptoms over last few years!
