Default Eye twitching?

My left eye has been twitching since yesterday. It's feels like my eyelid and eyeball is both moving. Anyone else have this?

I'm thinking its an ms sx. I see that you're from Ohio. I'm from Athens! Do you know of a good ms specialist that you could recommend?
