I try to drink 10 eight oz glasses of water a day and my day starts at round 11 AM since that is when I wake up. So getting in 10 glasses does take me still drinking in the evening. I do try to stop after 8. I take a small drink of water with my bedtime meds and my bedtime snack is one of the Dole pinepaple tidbit cups with yogurt and granola so I drink that juice out of it.
