Default dreams or hallucinations?

I'm wondering about this - I've had a lot of dreams in the past, but these that I've been having this year seem a lot more real than they have been being. I think I had mentioned one of my dreams in a previous post - Is it possible to have a hallucination in your sleep?? Is this because of the meds?
