Default Sleeping Problems again

This Monday I'm so glad I will be going to an MS Center.

But the last few days have been really weird. My sleep pattern is so messed up - I can't sleep at night, and then when I end up sleeping, yesterday for example - I went to bed around 4am, woke up 2 times to use the bathroom, then slept till 5pm.

I've noticed the last few days that my body is even more slow and tired than it was. I almost feel like I want to go to a gym lol - and I do a lot of stretching but even that doesn't thwart the pain or sleeplessness. When I do try to sleep, my legs have been so twitchy, more than usual. I usually get up and do stretches, but it doesn't seem to help and makes going to sleep a lot harder.

I don't know what is going wrong now, my body just feels still heavy like two weeks before. Speech is slurrish, I'm slower - and this is coming from my mother. She told me that has happened ever since I came off Rebif. Idk what to do, I just hope that MS Center Monday will have some answers.

All the different meds could be screwing with your sleep patterns.
Good luck with your appointment Monday.

Sleep? I've heard about it......sounds nice. I wonder what it feels like?

I have not slept well in years......probably at least 12.

I sleep when I can - day or night - and try not to obsess about it.

Kitty, that's the way I usually handle it, too.
