I'd get checked for a UTI by your doc...any neuro will have you do that before you are seen....if you do have MS, any infection will ratchet up any symptoms.
You could see your regular doc to see if you need a neuro consultation...keep a record of symptoms and dates of onset and dissipation. Keep us up to date...and welcome! Lots of info here. Many of us took years before we were diagnosed with MS. It's a process of elimination.
