Default Vibrating legs

So today is unseasonably cool and I felt like I had much more energy!
After work and cooking dinner I had energy to plant four potted plants. It took about 30 minutes. After I was done and would stand straight my leg muscles began shaking. Feeling like I would not be able to hold myself up. An our later I am laying in bed and they are so sore and weak. I did not over exert myself!
I feel weak and fatigued so much that I love an opportunity to do something I really enjoy, but I end up suffering for it.

Trying to figure out why that sort of thing happens can make you crazy. A small physical exertion can result in major symptoms while other times a large physical effort goes off without a hitch.
Sometimes, it doesn't make any sense at all.

It seems that even when everything seems to be going relatively well symptom wise, the MS-thang has to interrupt that and do a little checking in; almost as if to say, 'Remember me? I'm still here."

It would be so much easier for everyone if the MS-thang would just get its own phone. Then it could just call up and leave a message...preferably in text because I don't do those .

For what its worth I get those twitchy reminders too. Mine are not painful and that is always something to be grateful for. In my case, stretching seems to help the twitching go away and the weakness is a 'wait it out' thing.

i'm sure you've heard of the spoons theory...if not, search on NT-it's been posted more than once here.
Our addled bodies and brains have only so much to give before things go haywire...even a small increase in body temp can cause problems.

Ah yes, the old days, when I was younger and could over-do and
live to tell about it. I, too, had to learn, the hard way, to pace
myself. To do a little, rest a lot...do a little, rest a lot...And so
on....Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

Sally - This is me. I thought I learned the hard way but apparently not because I still overdo it all the time. But, I live to tell about it.

It does sound like you over did it. There is not warning that you are overdoing it. It is so random and doesn't make sense. It's hard to give tips and advice when it doesn't quite make sense. And, of course, I own the DeNile so advice from me would not be the best. On most days, I pace myself and rest when my muscles start to say they're getting bored with the activity. I don't always listen and that's when I cause myself some problems.

Agreed, it does not take much to wear me out. The last 2 months have been very rough. Wishing the cooler weather would hurry up so I can start to feel a little better! I used to hate the cold, now I cannot wait for winter. I try to pace myself, maybe I should have done only one pot and relaxed to see if I cold continue with another? I am tired of not being able to preform simple tasks.
