Default Hello Newbie27

Welcome to Neuro Talk. Please keep calm during your testing. We will all be here for you to talk to. I know it is easy to let emotions get away from you while you are going through this testing part. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I am here to talk to anytime you have a need. Maybe this isn't as bad as you are thinking........Anxiety is really hard to control. Let me know how it goes. You are not alone while you go through this. I came here to NT for the same reason. In a state of fear, freaking out..... That is why I stayed. Lots of people have had to go through this. Be calm and take a deep breath. Distract yourself as much as you can. . ginnie

hello and welcome to NT,

the computer doesn't know everything. i agree with trying to stay calm.
try to take just 1 day at a time and 1 test at a time. your dr sounds proactive and his plan of action is sound.

start to keep a medical file on yourself in case any other dr comes along and wants to see your test results. get copies of your mri's. they will copy them on a disc and give them to you. ask about it when you arrive.

i know waiting and remaining calm isn't easy but try the best you can. do you have a friend or family member you can confide in?

keep us posted.

Don't panic! The unknown is sooooo scary but try not to let your imagination take over.
