Default Deep Sleep Builds Myelin

Interesting article on a research paper from the Journal of Neuroscience.

Hmmm...I wonder if there is a connection between myelin degredation and/or lack of repair from the auto-immune effects of MS and the sleep problems that so many MS patients suffer with.

It might indicate that the increased need for sleep when MS patients are experiencing a flare that the body is attempting to increase myelin production.

I sleep well. Maybe that's why I'm doing good, MS-wise.
