Welcome. Have you compared mri's yourself? I don't understand radiologist speak nor care to cause i've read my reports & what they say & what I see & know by worsening symptoms don't always jive. Get the mri's on cd, play with it cause once you learn how, it's pretty wild. Post screenshots so we can learn with you?

I wouldn't take seizure meds w/o 2nd opinion unless of course you have seizures.

Right side of brain effects left side of bod.

Age? I've looked at my father's mri in his late 70's. I saw tiny spots/lesions, enlarging center portion of brain which is common with age I hope which probably leads to alzheimers in 1 out of 4 his age? He's fine.

Ever hit head hard enough on right side to cause damage?

Admins- alzheimers underlines red.

I'm 47. Not sure if lesions are common at that age. I do know the lesions are tiny spots. I have been knocked unconscious several times but that was 25 yrs ago. I'll attempt to get software copies of my MRI's.

I tested negative for lyme disease on the Western Blot test. I'll be checking into Gluten Ataxia (gluten intolerance). Some gluten intolerant people have gastro problems and some people have unexplained chronic neuropathy like me.

It's worth going gluten free for a while to see if my left foot stops being numb.

Just to update my suspicion of MS I posted earlier. I don't believe I have it now, but

I've been blood tested to death, Lumbar Punctured twice, Western Blot. EEG, EMG, body CT scan list goes on. Though I have four positive MRI's that showed I had one lesion on my brain to now 3 lesions. One lesion has decreased in size and one has increased. So the lesions fluctuate in size. Sounds like something is growing in my brain. I had a brain biopsy and awaiting lab results. The quick analysis is that it's not cancer.

For 21 months I had:
chronic nerve numbness in sole of left foot, occasional left arm weightless feeling. Used to have episodes of dizziness and left leg numbness attacks once a month, (and left arm floaty feeling). Getting too hot would trigger an attack.

Everything else in my body & blood has tested negative, but the MRI's of the brain lesions.
