Even if you upload the MRI pictures it would be difficult for anyone to figure out what they may or may not show. It is best to let the experts (Radiologist, Neurologist) tell you what is or is not showing on your MRIs.
Personally I find the reports much more helpful than the actual MRI. The reports give an "impression" of what the findings, if any, could possibly mean. The reports are written up by the Radiologist. It is up to your Neurologist to fit the pieces together (medical history, all testing results, ect.) to determine what everything may mean in terms of a diagnosis.
