Alright so here is where I am now:
The doctor got the results from my brain MRI, and she said that there wasn't any new activity with the spot on the back part of my brain, and that basically I still have to wait until Feb 2014 to see the MS Clinic. I've done a lot of thinking lately, and it has been a long 10 months. Haven't worked since the very beginning of the year. So now unless something big happens like me waking up and can't move my arms or legs etc..., it looks like I might have to look for a job. Can't wait on Disability to come through any more it looks like. I have to lose at least 80 pounds, because I'm 5 foot 11 and weighs 270lbs. I'm scared to be honest. I'm not sure what to think right now. I'm in pain everyday, although the good part is I haven't had the MS Hug in a while. I'm not sure what to do next. My dream job would be to work from home, so I guess does anyone have any suggestions to that? How do you go back to the real world? It's like your life just shifted from working, driving, being socialable to being home bound with no care, no money, at least I have family and a place to stay. |
