It's usually at night, but when I'm sitting in my computer chair, trying to read, or watch tv. My leg will jump a little bit from the hip area, and make the rest of the leg either wiggle, or kick.

Not to give too much information, I nearly kicked my boyfriend the last time I saw him from the stupid twitch. Had to warn him to not get too close to that leg.

At least I can't kick him for awhile. He had that motorcycle wreck earlier this month, and then he had to have surgery last week on the broken leg. (he got 8 pins and a plate in his leg)

Happy Bday Erin...I have RLS and I was on requip for a time, but I had so much breakthrough jerkiness that the neuro put me on neupro patches.
I still have some evenings when I am jerking like crazy, but not nearly as often as on requip.
It's one of the worst sxs I experience with MS...until one of the others creeps around
