That is my issue in a nutshell. I have a calf cramp that won't go away and my arms & legs are so heavy. The Amprya has been a miracle for me. The last 3 days I was able to walk around without my cane and I even made cookies with my son without having to take a break or sit on a stool. I was considering quitting work before I started the Amprya because I can't hold my wrists up when I'm typing without it.
