i went thru a bad period where i couldn't make it to the bathroom and was peeing on the floor...ugh. i cut my fluids early etc to no avail. had protective mats in my bed because...well, you get the picture.

i started vesicare and it's been a miracle. i can hold it now and flow/emptying is good. i'm happy.

This is the first I've heard of massaging the bladder, it makes total sense and I am going to start doing this right away! I have such urgency that I 'don't make it' to the can 1-2x per week. It is so embarrassing...I would love to see if massaging helps me to control my bladder better.

Thanks!

Let me know how it works for you. There was a time or two when I made it to the bathroom but could not get my pants down far enough. It is truly embarrassing. Massaging my bladder has made such a difference to me. Good luck!
