are your injections sub Q or intramuscular?
i'd call your dr and see what they say to do. it might be too late to ice it. sounds like you might have hit a vein and it bled under the skin. are you on any blood thinners? make sure to hold pressure for a couple of min's after you inject. does it hurt? make sure there's no reddness or red streaking. that could mean an infection and you'd need to see the dr.
