Default Insomnia!

This is the first time in months I've been seriously insomniac-ish.

You think after two baclofen pills I be sleeping now... Took them two hours ago. Think they've already worn off.

I have to do physical therapy today. I don't think I'll have the energy for it.

This probably has something to do with that shot of Cortisone I had in my shoulder bursa yesterday.

Ugh!

Where did I put my Valium?

I get my new iPad today. I'm going to be too tired to play with it.

HI Erin

I so sympathise with you on this one....I took pain pills and went to bed at midnight, woke up at 2 am and then was awake and in pain until I finally fell asleep - about ten minutes before my alarm went off for work at 7 am this morning!!! Aaaaargh!!!!!

I don't think I actually fell asleep till after 8am. Took more baclofen to take advantage of the sleepy effects. Kept waking up tho.

Got woken up about a half hour ago by my mom yelling at my dad because he went bathroom in his pants. She was really screaming at him. That is not something he can help. I think some of his heart meds cause that. She thinks he can control it. She's really not being very nice to him at all.

This is why I tried to be really extra nice to him this week. Because she started to be really really nasty towards him lately.

I'm considering stopping my PT so he won't have to drive me all over every day.
