Default Mayo clinic

Yesterday my DH pretty much ordered me to make an appt with a neuro, or see somebody. I guess he was sick of me being sick. I looked at every neuro in the area on our insurance, and none of them really even treats MS. So I took a chance and called the Mayo Clinic appointment line.

A very nice lady named Julie took my info, and was able to get me an appt for July 29th! I was extremely surprised to get in so quickly. So I guess I'm headed for Rochester. I spent today looking at flights and hotels.

DH wants to come with, but I flatly told him no. I think it hurt his feelings, but after I went over my reasoning, hopefully he understands better. 1. He always makes me late. For everything. 2. He wants to be back home by Aug. 3rd, and I refuse to be put under time pressure. 3. The kids will be home from camp on Aug 1st, and somebody needs to be here!

Good luck with your appointment! You'll have to keep us updated on how it goes.
