Snoopy,
The reason my diagnostic tests are on hold for a little while, is :

I was having some serious acute transient vision failure some months ago.
I ended up having to have a Temporary Artery Biopsy. { was negative for Temporal Artiritis) But ophthalmologist found large fast-growing cataracts, ( probably due to Prednisone use.)
It was very strange that it should be Transient if it was only cataracts.

My neurologist wants to wait until I have had cataracts surgery completed. Then he can evaluate my vision together with eye doctor. If any further problems, at least we can rule out cataracts being the cause.
I have had one eye done, awaiting the second one next week.

I will then have MRI and Evoked Potentials as well.
I will ask my neurologist to reconsult the MS doctor.
THE REASON I WAS STARTING THIS THREAD, WAS THAT THIS DESCRIBED SYMPTOM SEEMS TO BE VERY REAR, BECAUSE DOCTORS I HAVE SEEN DO NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND. AND IT IS A VERY DIFFICULT SYMPTOM OR SENSATION TO EXPLAIN.
It was really good to hear that others have what seems to be the same sensation. And I was interested to know if you all had been told by doctors that it was from MS. Because I have not seen it mentioned in connection with any other diagnosis. ( Except for the neuropathy doctor said to me that " you will have all kinds of strange symptoms with autonomic and small fiber neuropathy)
I thank you all for inputs. You have all explained it the same way as I am feeling it.

Ohh the vibration and the buzzing is making me crasy!!
It is different from all the pins and needles, burning electrical current up and down arms and leg and the numbness and the cramps and weakness of arms/hands on and off, And the "heavyness" of legs as if there were a tight rubber band around my knees. I know much of this is due to the neuropathy,
I have not heard anyone with neuropathy say that they have vibration in the inner tissue
