Default Sick of feeling weird!

Hi all, I just want to vent... I have had weird sensations for 2 years now. Last years MRI showed a lesion on my cervical spine. I am getting another one this Tues. I am constantly tired, I feel like I am high or lightheaded, my hands, feet , arms, legs and tongue is tingly. I get muscle twitches in arms and legs. Every day I wake up with numb hands and feet. Whenever I sit or lie down the tingles come.. I am a police officer and work the overnights. I am so exhausted and I just feel weird sensations constantly now... I am positive I have MS ( Vit B, diabetes, lyme all neg) I am screwing up at work, people are thinking I'm a ditz but honestly I can't blame them. I am forgetting stuff and am just too damn tired.. I feel stuck in limbo.. waiting to find out what is wrong with me and sick of feeling like a complete idiot at work! What do people do when they feel rotten and don't have a diagnosis yet?
