My Dear Sally,
What an inspiring post. I'm so glad you and your brother were able to speak today. I'm sorry he's having to go through this, and that you are going to lose yet another loved one.

Please know that he will be in a better place, and that you, and your brother and his family are in my thoughts and prayers; now and forever.

May he go in peace, and with little pain.

All the best,
Chris

So sorry Sally to hear about your brother. What a blessing to be able to talk to him. I used to work on an oncology unit, and the rallying happened quite often. I always thought of it as a special gift.

My Mom had two great days before she died. She remarked that she felt so much better, even the swelling in her legs left (congestive heart failure)

Keeping all in my prayers.

You guys are so sweet. I will sleep well tonight, just knowing that all those prayers and good wishes are on there way for Jim and for us, his loving family.

I am so sorry for all of you, who have lost Brothers. It's a special bond we have, huh?

This is the only part of life I really don't like......The End of it.

You've got it Sally. I'm so glad you were able to talk to him. You'll both be in my thoughts and prayers.

I lost my big brother when I was twelve years old, and it's really hard to go through...

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother. It seems like almost every family is touched by cancer these days. Being an only child, I didn't experience exactly what you're going through and others have mentioned, but I did lose my mother way back in 1969. She was only 56 at the time and never got to see any grandchildren.

My prayers will be with you, Jim and the rest of your family that his last days may be peaceful and painfree. The Lord is waiting with open arms. Take good care of YOU too.....

Love,
