How are you and Jim holding up today, Sal?

The good news is that Jim is still rallying. He sat up today and talked with me for a good hour. We talked about our childhood and some of the fun events and even some of the hard, sad events.
His DW went back to work and his Kids went back home, so he is doing ok for now. His helper (stepson Lee) is with him and cares for him when DW is working. I think he wants to stay for awhile...maybe until his birthday in August? Anyway he is ok for now. Thank you so much, you nice people, for caring.

Well, good, Sal. Sounds like Jim has some more business to conduct in these here parts. I'm glad to know that you're enjoying the company of one another, even if only by phone. It's so easy to get tied up in other things before we realize that we're missing the important stuff.
Prayers are still flying out for you and Jim!

I'm so glad Jim is still doing better, Sally. Guess the Lord thinks you two need a little more together time, however it may be!
Gentle hugs..........
