I just talked to my Brother, Jim and he is still doing fine. Amazing, I say!!!

I remember almost 4 yrs ago now (Jan5,2004), when my DH died. My Brother wrote a goodbye note on his memorial card.."Hope I don't see you soon" ....Jim had been given only 6 mos to live, at that time, so he thought he probably would see him soon.

So now we're waiting fr GroundHogs day..LOL! And, Cindy, I will call him and sing, I got you Babe..LOL! He'll love it.

Today we talked about the two of us and the pickle we are both in.....both ill, both getting older, both can't walk worth a sh**, enough to get to the bathroom on time and both hating that we can't just jump in our cars and GOOOOOO!!!

We had a good whine together and then laughed our faces off, because we are both glad we are still here to enjoy the fruits of our labor....such as Kids, GrandKids, and the fact that we done good.
