I have already got all the cho outta the house......
and got decaf tea...(dd and I already drank that anyway)
and got decaf coffe for myself...the singles bags.
I am eating out this am and I got half anf half like Beth suggested....
I got aggraved on my trip down because resturants and gas stations dont usually carry caffine free pepsi....so had to get sprite.....yuck....so got some iced down in the car now for running around Branson....i will carry it right in the resturants too...wont bother me a single bit.
If they cant provide what I need I will provide for myself.....
I have added 800 mg ibpu back to my meds supply as well for the headache.....hope it will help.... (thanks for the headsup FG)

I think you can do it,because i just watched my 29 yr. old son do
it. He had Thyroid Cancer when he was 12 and it was a battle. No
one in the family,my husband,my older Children or me smoked. But
the one with the Cancer, started smoking when he was young and
also really got hooked on Pepsi and Coffee. Recently he decided to
stop it all. He lives with his wife in Mn. now so decided to let the
computer show all his friends how he was doing on a website.

I got to tell you i was so proud of him,and he left room for comments
between day 1 so on he even got others to join him on there websites.
Keep a sence of humor with the pictures,he felt the headackes at first,
but others didn't. It turned out to be a pretty big group effort. On day
i don't remember,it showed him with a ice pack on his head another
pulling out his hair or what look like it. Then on a day when he realized
he was getting sick from the smell of second hand smoke, what a amazing
picture. When he got done he firgured out what it cost a month, for candy
Pesi, Chocolates and Cigarettes WOW!! Your a Mo. girl we are tough well
we do our best. He did this for himself,to feel better and he really does.

My pulse was high watching all of this, no matter what you decide to do,
just do the best you can. Your already getting some good idea's and i
bet Taffy will help with the Choct's. My Son's going to be a Fly-Fishing
Daddy this fall. Good luck and try not to worry, you do what you think
you can. Bless you Sue
