My Stepson, Chris, just got back to Iraq, after a vacation with his SO (Dawn), who is stationed in Iraq.

Wow, that was powerful. My son in law came home last October and is scheduled to go back in January. I hope they can find an end to this.

I've got to say that I oppose this war and have from the start, and that most people that I know are also fervently against this epic disaster, but that I know absolutely no one who does not support our troops. The only evidence of people hating the troops that I've seen is from the crazy "God Hates Fags" people that protest our fallen troop's funerals. And those people are certifiably insane.

No more surges, no more stay the course, no more fear mongering, bring them home now damn it! The blood of 3500 brave Americans is quite enough...
