Default 8 reasons to drink tea

Here I just thought I was enjoying a nice cuppa, and it turns out it is helping me in more ways than I realized, including adding vitamin D, anti-oxidants, biotin, etc.

Nice to see you here again, DB!

Go ahead and enjoy your cuppa, especially since it's so good for you.

Hi Dumbblonde, long time no see!

Hmmmm.... perhaps that's the reason the MS reared it's ugly head in 1991. I was a die-hard, tea addict until just before that, then switched to coffee while working on my education.

Have you talked to Mikey lately, by chance? I can't seem to find his phone number, so I might just have to take a trip to his place to tell him about this new board . . .

Cherie
