Sorry you ended up on the floor and for so long Judy...notice how there is always a doggy involved in our mishaps. Let's blame the dog!

Anyways here is a huggy for you!

OMG, Judy. All that time on the floor. I don't suppose you got any sleep (stupid question). Did the stupid dog sleep well?

I tell ya, our service (not) dogs are a hazzard. I almost took a terrible fall out the front door on my scooter because of my stupid dog. I don't know what I'd do without him though...the little fart.

I know the feeling of being imbarrassed. My yard guys had to help me back in the house and fix my storm door, that I had knocked off the hinges.

I hope your day tomorrow is much better for you. Have a wonderful visit with your Family.

Holy guacamole, Judy! That's a lousy deal. Get that thing hooked up again, missy!

Judy, there is a little dog ladder/staircase dealie that is meant for elderly dogs and beds. Maybe look into one of those?

Last, is it time to think about keeping some blankets, a pillow, a battery-operated lamp, and some munchies under the bed??

Yes Judy I am really a pilot. That picture is of me with my airplane. (my husband and dog are in it too). I used to do competition aerobatics, but not anymore. I don't fly solo anymore, I only fly with another pilot now. Fortunately, my husband is a pilot (he just retired from an airline and flew jets in the Navy for 20 years) and is also a flight instructor. We bought this cute little 2 seat airplane so I could do aerobatics and also so we could get away into the back country here in Idaho so HE could fish.

Yes, I am on the mend. Feeling much better. I got on the scale this morning...down 7 pounds this week! Who says you gain weight on steroids! LOL!

I hope everyone is doing good today. I have a meeting with a client! Woohoo! Big job!

Catch up with you later! Hot hot hot today! 104....

Oh my, Judy, are you alright? How utterly awful? Is there anyway you can keep a cellphone attached to you at all times (perhaps around your neck?), and call a neighbour or 911 in case your emergency alert system doesn't work? That's just so frightening. I'm so glad you're OK.

Cheryl,
I'm glad you're feeling better too. I also get horrific headaches whenever I get LP's so the last few times, we've done a blood patch in anticipation of the headache and I've done just fine. The first LP I had was so awful that I literally had to crawl to the loo from bed and then had to keep my head down the entire time I was on the commode. I was pretty new to the states and was living in NYC and was scared to death as it was. Five minutes after I had the blood patch test, I sat up and walked out of hospital on my own volition. I've had 2 since and would never have one now without having a blood patch done at the same time.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone. It's thundering like mad here. Perhaps we'll get some much needed rain.

All the best,
Chris

Thanks Chris! I've had 4 LPs now. 2 with the headache and 2 without. I am waiting for the results to apply my theory on why I get a headache. Then I will let you all know what it is....

This is the last one. ever.

We have some Brit friends and just love their sense of humor! I just roar sometimes cuz you are right - most of the humor goes right over most people's heads! That part is usually the most entertaining!

Hi Everybody. I'm just hanging out today. I got up, took a little bath, did my face, had an omelet for brunch, fed the pup, did some e-mail on my PC and then went back to bed...<yawwwwwwwn>

FG, so glad you are feeling better..woooHooo!! I think I caught your headache. I've had a dull achy one for a couple of days now and I have no idea why. I hardly ever get headaches. Sinus maybe?

Judy, I hope you are not sore from your fall and that you are having a nice visit with your Kids.

Chris, I always love hearing from you. How is Atlanta weather treating you these days? I hope you are feeling better since your terrible loss, recently.

AMN, you are so right. I have seen thoses little stairways for little dogs. For now, my pup can still jump but it's getting harder for him as he ages. I may have to get stairs for him.

I'm happy some of you are seeing cooler weather for awhile. I have no idea what the weather is like right now, here. I haven't been out. I've just been staying inside, hiding from it.

A big Hug for you all and take care of yourselves.
