Hey, dm, I'll meet ya' at the barn.

I swear, I'm in some new dimension, it's like emotional lethargy. I don't feel anything about anything. There have been some matters that I have had to release and maybe I'm just in the rinse cycle and will soon be spinning again. Bleah.

I spent a few minutes with my squishy little friend and I just hugged her a lot. She's pretty cool that way, she just turned 5 but has the perception of someone much older.

I know that place well, Cindy..:Wave-Hello:

Who or what is your squishy little 5 yr old friend?????
Do I want one? May I have one? Will you give me yours?:p

Ok, I'm happy today, Hugs and sloppy kisses from my 1 and 2 yr old Grandsons will do that. And of course a loving hug and company of my 6 & 8 yr old Granddaughters. And last but not least a snuggle with my 37 yr old Baby Girl..:D (what a treasure she is)

What are all of you up to today? All evil and delicious, I hope.;)

Oh, sorry Sal, I forgot, here is the squishy one! We have had our pic in the same spot twice a year all her life. She totally loves that I keep prints all lined up under my transparent desk blotter.

This kid was the squishiest little thing you ever saw, hence, the name.:D

Hi Everyone

I am hanging in here. I saw my primary care Dr. on Wednesday and he confirmed I am in congestive heart failure and increased my Lasix. I have an appointment with a Cardiovascular Dr. next month.

He also diagnosed me with chronic fatigue syndrome as it goes along with my EBV diagnosis....which 45% of all MS patients also have EBV. He gave me a B-12 shot and suggested I start taking 1000mgs of Lysine each day....he has EBV and it helps him.

Also, discovered some liver spots under my belly. Never had any before. For years now Drs have been trying to find liver disease because of symptoms and enlargement of liver. They still think I have billiary disease...but it is not showing up in lab work.

He also said both my eyes were weeping pus but I had appointment with eye Dr on Fri. for eye exam.

I saw the eye Dr on Frid and he could not do eye exam because of staph infection in both eyes so he gave me steriod/antibiotics drops and I go back Wed.

And, my sluggish MS colon is not playing nice!

Getting settled into new apartment and resting.

Chris, I pray you family stays safe.

Hi Everyone! Haven't checked in here in quite awhile. Must be one of my new meds, but the fatigue has been awful. Every time I get on here, or sit down to read, watch TV, etc., I end up falling asleep. :(

Yesterday was pretty good though. The weather was great, if not windy. Cooler with no humidity but the sun was shining. Also my son was here to stain my deck. It was nice for a change just to have him all to myself without all the little ones running around seeking attention -- not that I don't love them to pieces!

What a difference a day makes. Today has been simply terrible. It looks like it could rain at any minute, but so far hasn't -- the grass is as brown as ever. My pain level is through the roof and nothing seems to help. The builder was here last week to widen my bathroom door so now I can get in with my powerchair, so am going to take a nice warm shower before bed. Maybe that will help......PLEASE!!!

See you all later! Take care.

Margie! Holy cow! how much excitement does one girl need!?! I feel for ya, girl, that is one horrendous list.:( Hang in there and let us know how you're doing whenever you're up to it, okay?

Judy, yippee on the new doorway! One more way to make your life better; enjoy that shower and your comfortable, safe exit from the bathroom.:)

Hi All! Sorry I did not post earlier. You may have read my other posts but I had a good day today! I have a friend named Lee-anne. We are in a 12 step programme together and I am her sponser. She has had a hard time with the programme but this year, in Jan. she approached me and asked if I would sponser her. I was not sure if I should or rather if I could help her...she had a few other sponsers and the had no luck. I decided to say yes and started to help her. We had a bumpy road for a while but she and I must have clicked. She has been sober for 8 months. That is a miracle for this young lady! During this time she discovered she ws expecting a baby. We had discussed having this baby in sobriety and how truly wonderful that would be. She has put forth a tremendous amount of genuine effort to make the neccessary changes in her life. She has not went near a drug or booze at all. She appears to have lost the desire to drink and appears to have gained interest in having a good, sober and stable life. The change in this girl is dramatic and I am just so proud of her. A while ago lee-anne asked me to be the Godmother of her child and requested that I be present for the birth of her baby. She also asked me to cut the cord!!! Today, she delivered a 5lb 15oz baby boy!!! His name is Brice... He is beautiful, and I cut the umbillical cord!!! Childbirth is amazing! Even though things have been tough lately, my mood is cheerful because today I am!!!!:grouphug:
