In Canada, bears are attacking more humans than normal. So this is how the British Columbia Fish and Wildlife Branch is advising people to stay safe.
1. We advise the outdoorsman to wear NOISY LITTLE BELLS on clothing, so as to give advanced warning to any bears that might be close by so you don't surprise them.
2. We advise anyone in the out doors to carry "Pepper Spray" with him or her in case of an encounter with a bear.
3. Outdoorsmen and Outdoorswomen should be on the watch for fresh bear activity and to be able to tell the difference between black bear *poop and grizzly bear poop.
4. Black bear poop is smaller than grizzly bear poop and contains lots of berries and squirrel fur.
5. Grizzly Bear poop has noisy little bells in it and smells a lot like pepper.

Yer funny! I don't even own my tent anymore, it's out kayaking the wild west as we type.

I have a tent you can borrow! And Holly loves to be a tent mate...oh never mind, you're not a dog person! Coffee will be ready in the morning!

Let me see...Cindy is not a dog person and doesn't like Country music!

Fine.....I won't hold it against you!

What's wrong with poor little puppies?

Didn't you have one as a kid?

Sounds like a country song in the making!

LOL, are you taking notes??

No critters in my house growing up, there were too many kids. Dogs are animals, animals are built for the outdoors, animals belong outdoors, not shedding, licking and crapping in my house or tent! Seriously, they're fine for others, I just don't feel the need or desire for a pet.

She doesn't want dog hair on her expensive pillow, right Cheryl??

Hey..my friend just got the same pillow, only it was marked down to $24.99 at their big sale. Plus, no tax last Sat. hardy ~ ha~ har!!!

I'll pick ya up in my RV Taffy. It's for big girls who don't like Bear poo. I wouldn't camp anywhere there were poo piles. Didn't you ever hear about the Grizzly Man who lived around and studied Grizzley Bears???\

THey ate him and he is NEVER MORE.. *says the Raven*
