Default AFO durability

Hi all,

I have pretty severe foot drop on my left side and was recently given a " Trulife Matrix Max2" afo brace to wear. It works great, but I was wondering how well it will stand up to, say...a ton of walking? I'm moving soon to a massive city and can expect to be pretty active, and now I'm wondering if this brace will stand up to that. It has a year warranty and is one of the beefier, "designed for high activity" braces available in this line, but still...

I should've asked the specialist at the clinic I was at, but I was also hoping for possible first-hand experiences.

Do any of you have foot drop and maintain active lives? Is there a brace out there that can withstand a lot of walking?
