Default Anti-inflammatory Foods. . . .

I am going through a long drawn out process of being diagnosed with some other autoimmune disease. We're getting closer as several things have been ruled out and my blood work has changed as well as a few clinical signs and symptoms. Anyhow, I don't want to bore you with all that craziness. I am thinking of going on some sort of modified anti-inflammatory diet to see if I can calm the inflammation down. I hate taking steriods. They are helping but, I rather just try the foods.

I found a list of anti-inflammatory foods and I'm going to buy those foods when I get my next SSDI check next week. Have any of you tried eating mostly anti-inflammatory foods? What foods did you eat? My list does have a number of spices (turmeric being one of them) and I plan on using those spices in my cooking.

Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions would be great!!!
