I do have the Swank Diet book. I'll have to check it out again and see what it entails and if it will help with a number of autoimmune diseases including MS. Thanks for reminding me about it. I know that some MSers have had luck with the diet and can feel a difference if they go off of it. I can't remember who on here was on it though.

I have my list ready as well as some supplements I am supposed to be taking (mainly probiotics). I eat a lot of the things on the list of foods but I eat other things that aren't on the list. Those are the things that will be hardest to give up. I love sandwiches!!! They are my go to meal.
