I bought myself a new toy.

Well, it's not a toy but something just for me but it will help me get stronger, help my legs not be so spazzy and weak, and help with my balance.

I bought a Theracycle 200.

Theracycle 2 - Recumbent Exercise Bike | Theracycle

This bike is a miracle for me. I've had it a week and can already tell an improvement. There are lots of youtube videos about it so if you want to see it in motion just watch one of them.

The company is based out of Massachusetts and the folks there are super friendly and helpful. They gave me several references from people who had purchased the bike and I called two of them. One lady lives right here in Atlanta. She has MS, too, and raved about it. The other man has MS, also, and he lives in Massachusetts. He also gave a glowing review.

Can you tell I'm excited to have it?!
