I don't mean to hurt anyone. Offering thoughts and comments how can that hurt. Everyone is adult here and makes their choices. Thanks and I hope you feel better from your last health incident you've written about.

I've been off gluten for some time now but not fanatic and the bloat is down and I feel generally better. My daughter and her 20 yr old are off it too and improved with the bloat. Perhaps we've been consuming gluten for so long and it's affected our health in many ways, same with the iodine deficiency issue...are soils are so depleted of iodine that our bodies need. I've been working with supps for 25+ yrs and headed to 79.

Just commenting. If people don't want to read my words, then they don't.
