Quote:
Foci of active demyelination
- this does mean i'm having an exacerbation, right? i know i am. this time it has affected my memory and my thinking. i lost count of the number of times i lose my train of thoughts mid-conversation lately, seriously annoying. my balance is affected as well. thanks in advance!

It sounds like it to me but I'm no expert. I hope you'll feel better soon.

I think you were having an exacerbation. Did you get to see the results of the MRI? Typically a new lesion will be bright on the scan.

It sure sounds like you are having one. I hope you are doing better. Has your neurologist called regarding the results?
